The Grand Egyptian Museum Project Giza

The design of the Museum is based on a simple principle of the "Concourse". The visitor to the Museum enters the “Concourse”, a large expanse of horizontal space which acts as a generous lobby, a “middle ground” serving the immediate visitor requirements of information, ticketing, orientation, food and light refreshment, shopping, waiting, rest facilities and viewing of the proximate archeological sites and the Nile Valley.
