Nevada State College Master Plan

According to the 2000 US Census Las Vegas had the largest population growth of any major city in the USA. Thus, the competition to design a completely new campus for the Nevada State College system located on the outskirts of Las Vegas was steeped in some sense of urgency. Our Master Plan, one of the original three finalists, is a redefinition of the college campus based upon a rethinking of the current process of development.
