This project was unique in that the site was formerly the location of the infamous 80’s nightclub “World” which subsequently became a Baptist Church. In exchange for additional FAR, the developer is building a new church for the congregation on the street level. Above, the window of each loft apartment is pushed back to various degrees to create spaces for balconies.
